Many years ago, my wife and I started looking at homes to relocate to. We have had many good realtors over the years. But it just so happened that while looking at an open house one day we came across Kali. She was showing a house in a clever, creative, and responsive way that we had never seen before. We were so impressed that we went home and saved her information on our computer and decided that when the day came to sell our home, she was the best realtor we could ever imagine getting to do the job. As time progressed, we decided to switch realtors to work with, to buy a home. We thought, why don’t we get Kali to help, since we definitely wanted her to help with the selling of our old house. Why not get her to help with buying, also? That turned out to be a great decision. Kali’s incredible attention to detail, ability to see problems and provide solutions ahead of time, and her thoughtful and caring demeanor all enabled an amazing buying experience. We got the home we had been searching for, and within our budget. Then it came time to sell our old home. We can’t begin to thank Kali enough for all the work she did to help us prepare our home to sell. We can’t imagine tackling such a complex endeavor without her. She helped us with renovation decisions and then when the listing time came, Kali brought her amazing selling skills to bear on the real estate market.
